My path into real estate started at an open house, when my husband Mike and I were really just looking. We fell in love with the home we still live in 15 years later.
I began as an administrative assistant, learning the contracts, deadlines and details behind every transaction, and got licensed before my first year was out. More than 14 years later I still work that way. I explain the why behind my advice, I tell you what you need to know, and I never push anyone toward a closing.
